Nourish Green LLC is a local microgreens business based in Huntsville, Texas. We grow fresh microgreens - tiny, living plants harvested at their nutritional peak. Why Microgreens?

Problem:

Studies show that many crops today contain fewer nutrients than they did decades ago due to soil depletion and poor farming practices (See Study Showing Nutrient Loss Over Time) . That means you need to eat more of the same food today to get the same amount of nutrients.

Solution:

Microgreens, young vegetable seedlings harvested just 1–2 weeks after germination, naturally concentrate vitamins, antioxidants, and phytonutrients. Research from the University of Maryland found that some microgreens contain 4–40 times more of certain nutrients than their mature counterparts (See Study by University of Maryland) .
