Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer local delivery and pickup options for fresh microgreens within select Texas areas only. We do not ship products outside of Texas.
Delivery & Pickup Options
- Delivery Areas: Home delivery is available only to addresses within our designated delivery polygons. Current service areas include Huntsville and The Woodlands. Planned future expansions may include Conroe and Willis. Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.
- Pickup Points: Orders may be picked up at no additional charge from designated locations in Huntsville, Spring, and The Woodlands. Pickup locations and instructions are provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for retrieving pickup orders during the designated pickup window.
Fees & Payment Processing
- Guest Checkout: Any applicable delivery fee is included in the checkout total at the time of purchase.
- Logged-In Customers: Delivery fees, if applicable, are charged automatically on the scheduled delivery day using the stored Stripe payment method. Delivery fees may be waived if the combined total of all orders for a given fulfillment meets the free-delivery threshold for the delivery address. Thresholds and fees vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
- Pickup Orders: No delivery fee applies to pickup orders.
Order Timing & Fulfillment
We grow our products to order. Typical grow time from seeding to harvest is approximately 1–2 weeks. Delivery and pickup dates are estimates and may vary based on growing conditions, weather, or operational factors. We aim to harvest products within 24 hours of scheduled delivery or pickup whenever possible.
Delivery/Pickup Windows & Scheduling
Any delivery time windows displayed on our website are estimates only and are intended as target windows, not guarantees. Orders may be delivered outside of the stated window due to traffic, weather, operational constraints, or other scheduling factors.
Delivery and pickup days and times may change based on customer preferences, growing conditions, route optimization, or business needs. If you have an active subscription, and a scheduled delivery or pickup time changes, you will be notified by email. For operational changes (e.g. billing date changes), your subscriptions will remain active, you will be notified and given a chance to modify or cancel your subscription.
Delivery Notices & Tracking
Email notifications are provided for order status updates. Real-time delivery tracking is not available.
Delivery & Pickup Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or unavailability at the delivery site.
Any issues with delivery or pickup must be reported within 24 hours. Resolution of delivery issues, including potential refunds or credits, is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
