Information We Collect
Newsletter Signups
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your zip code. This information is used to send occasional updates, announcements, and special offers, and to understand general interest by geographic area.
Orders and Subscriptions
When you place a one-time order or start a subscription, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address (if delivery is selected).
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
For logged-in users, payment methods may be saved by Stripe to process subscription payments or to automatically charge delivery fees on delivery day when applicable, unless waived based on order total and delivery area.
Order and fulfillment-related data is stored securely in a Cloudflare D1 database.
Saved Payment Methods and Future Charges
For logged-in customers, we may request permission to securely save a payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, for future charges.
Saved payment methods may be used to process subscription payments and, when applicable, to charge delivery fees on the scheduled delivery date. Delivery fees may be waived if order totals meet applicable thresholds for a delivery area.
Payment methods are stored and managed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Account Creation and Authentication
If you create an account through our authentication system powered by Better Auth, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials such as a password or social login token.
You may register using an email and password or via supported social login providers such as Google or Facebook. Account information is stored securely in a Turso database.
