Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, which are raw agricultural products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns, and refunds are not typically offered once an order has been fulfilled.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns of perishable products.
- No Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided, including for dissatisfaction or non-delivery resulting from customer-provided errors such as an incorrect delivery address or failure to retrieve a pickup order. Delivery time windows are estimates only and not guaranteed. Variations in delivery timing do not qualify for refunds or returns.
- Limited Exceptions: If an order is not delivered, arrives damaged, or is incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at nourishgreenllc@gmail.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or a credit toward a future order. Proof of the issue (such as photos) may be required.
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. This will let us know not to deliver it. The order will not be refunded due to customer cancellation.
- Subscriptions: Subscription cancellations and billing terms are governed by our Subscription Policy.
As a raw agricultural product, natural variations in appearance, flavor, or shelf life may occur and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
