Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how recurring subscriptions work when you purchase microgreens from Nourish Green LLC (“Nourish Green,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By starting a subscription on our website, you agree to this Subscription Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How Subscriptions Work
Our subscriptions provide recurring deliveries or pickups of fresh microgreens at the frequency you select, such as weekly or bi-weekly.
When creating a subscription, you will:
- Select a product and quantity
- Choose a delivery frequency
- Choose delivery or pickup
- Provide a delivery address or select a pickup location
- Provide a payment method through our payment processor, Stripe
Stripe securely stores your payment method and processes recurring subscription charges on our behalf. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Billing and Charges
By starting a subscription, you authorize Nourish Green LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method for:
- The recurring subscription amount, billed at the selected interval
- Any applicable delivery fees, if delivery is selected
Delivery fees are waived for pickup orders and may be waived if your order total meets the delivery threshold for your delivery area. Delivery fees are charged using the same payment method as your subscription.
All charges are processed automatically unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing date. Raw agricultural products are exempt from Texas sales tax.
Consent to Recurring and Off-Session Charges
By subscribing, you provide ongoing authorization for Nourish Green LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your presence at the time of each charge (“off-session charges”), until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at nourishgreenllc@gmail.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partially completed subscription periods.
Changes to Subscriptions and Pricing
You may update your subscription preferences, such as quantity, delivery method, or frequency, through your account, subject to availability.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If pricing changes affect your subscription, we will notify you by email in advance. Your subscription may be paused until you confirm whether you wish to continue under the updated pricing.
Missed Deliveries and Perishable Products
Our products are perishable. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect delivery information, lack of access, or failure to retrieve a pickup order within the designated time, we are not responsible for replacement or refunds.
Delivery Timing for Subscriptions
Delivery time windows for subscription orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timing may vary due to operational or scheduling factors.
We may adjust delivery or pickup days and times for subscription orders based on customer preferences, growing conditions, or business needs. If an active subscription is affected by a schedule change, we will notify you by email.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. In limited cases, we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion for issues such as damaged or incorrect orders if reported promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective as of the updated effective date posted on this page.
